Mobile Battery Simulator
Designed for Performance
In December 2024, the mobile battery simulators were the first load system for DC charging infrastructure to be recognised by the PTB in Germany. The systems have been developed continuously ever since, to meet the highest demands of our customers.
Three size classes — for city vans (Compact), medium vans (Medium) and heavy vans (Large) — offer maximum flexibility in urban traffic.
With peak outputs of up to 620 kW and 750 amperes, the MBS systems are suited both to spot testing of load points for verification and to endurance testing for conformity assessment.

Continuous charging currents instead of abrupt load steps — the charging point sees a vehicle, not a test bench.

Cooling air flows in through the open tailgate. No dedicated ventilation concept, no exhaust ducting.
